I employ a warm and empathetic approach to client care, passionately offering trauma-informed narrative, experiential and brainspotting therapies.
It is an immense privilege to bear witness to healing and hope alongside those who find themselves at the intersection of facing growth as a healthy adult with the pervasive impacts of trauma - including childhood sexual abuse, attachment wounds, relational discord, infidelity, grief, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns.
Experience
Lisa holds a Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, August 2021 from Liberty University. She is an inducted member of Chi Sigma Iota, demonstrating academic and professional excellence within the counseling field.
Lisa has been married for 21 years and delights in her husband and three teenage children. She is most grounded within the beauty of Creation, finding great joy in the midst of a garden or on a winding trail, deep in the woods.
