Relationship Coaching

Clarksville, TN and Online

Growing deep roots & restoring relationships.
You want to feel known.

You’re a sensitive, caring, thoughtful person.

You move through life with an innate awareness of others—what they need and how they feel. You offer kindness freely and are surrounded by friendly faces, but you don’t necessarily feel like you have deep friendships.

You find yourself thinking…

     Nobody really gets me.

I wish I had a place to belong.

I want to feel seen and known.

You’re not really sure why it feels this way. It seems like people like and appreciate you—whether it’s friends, family, or your romantic partner. Everything looks “fine” on the outside, but inside you feel like something is missing. You find yourself saying that you’re “okay” when you’re not. It’s hard to be honest about how you feel. The truth is, you don’t really trust yourself. It’s hard to make any kind of decision without asking for someone else’s input. It’s exhausting and you wish you could feel certain about the decisions you make. You want to believe in yourself—but something is getting in the way and you’re not sure what.

You’re in a relationship that’s drifted apart.

Maybe it happened slowly over time—so slow that you almost didn’t notice it until you woke up and realized that the distance between you has grown so much that it feels like you are on opposite sides of the river banks. Or maybe it didn’t happen slowly at all, maybe there was a moment when you found out that your partner had betrayed you in some way. You’re not sure how to respond to all the changes that have happened in your relationship and wonder if you can go back to the way things were or find a new way forward. You’re looking for help to understand the state of things and how you got here.

You’re ready for a new chapter where you…

  • are deeply connected to yourself and the people in your life
  • believe in yourself and trust your own judgment
  • feel truly seen, heard, and known in your relationships
  • become the very best version of who you can be / who you’re meant to be
Let’s plant the seeds together.

Restore. Repair. Renew.

You want things to get better before they get worse.

Maybe you’ve been feeling alone in your relationship

You don’t feel like your partner is trying to hurt you, but at the end of the day it still hurts.  You know that life gets busy sometimes and it feels like you are two ships passing in the night.  You’re still in close physical proximity to one another but feel distant and disconnected.  There isn’t a depth of connection and understanding that you long for and that you want in your relationship.

Maybe this is causing you to worry and question whether things are okay between the two of you.   You’ve  been on autopilot – going through the motions, but not feeling a true passion or purpose.  You’re afraid that you’ve lost sight of what you want in a relationship  .Maybe this is bothering you more than your partner even notices.  You think about it all the time – to the point where you are having  trouble focusing on the things you need to accomplish.  You’ve been asking yourself questions like:

  • Are we growing together or are we growing apart?
  • What do we want our relationship to look like?
  • Is our relationship sustainable?
  • If our relationship changes, what will that mean for me—socially, financially, spiritually?

Maybe you and your partner are dealing with Betrayal

Something has happened in your relationship that has made a big impact.  Maybe you or your partner had a sexual infidelity with someone else and it’s caused pain and mistrust in your relationship.  Perhaps there was a financial betrayal where you or your partner discovered hidden bank accounts, financial records, or secret spending.  Maybe you discovered that your partner developed emotional intimacy with someone else and it’s caused you to question their interest or commitment.  Perhaps there isn’t anything romantic happening outside of your relationship, but you or your partner have a very close bond or an “alliance” with a parent, sibling, or family member that leaves the other person feeling rejected, abandoned, or left on the “outside.”

Whatever the case may be, you may be feeling pain, confusion, and uncertainty about how to move forward.  You want help to understand what has happened and where to go from here.  You’re looking for someone who won’t judge you but can really help you find your footing and move into the next chapter of your story.

It’s time for a Couples Intensive.

It’s time for a Couples Intensive.

A Couples Intensive is an immersive experience that allows you to get to the heart of the matter in a shorter amount of time. During the 2-Day Couples Intensives, I create a safe and comforting environment so that you can:

  1. Unearth what’s happening inside of you & your relationship

We take time to examine what you’ve been experiencing as an individual and as a couple.  I will guide you and together we will look for patterns and themes.

  1. Develop tools for building deeper connection & intimacy

I will be teaching and providing you with practical strategies that you can take with you and continue to use even after the intensive experience is done.

  1. Tell Your Story {& Be Heard} in a New Way

After we reflect together, each person  will have the opportunity to tell their story from their new perspectives.  I will guide your partner so that you each feel seen, heard, and understood.  This brings a deep sense of connection for the two of you and can change the landscape of your relationship.

  • Experience deep healing in a weekend—instead of months of weekly sessions
  • See rapid results that save you time and money
  • No need to add appointments to your schedule week after week
  • Get support before or after a big life event when you need it most

45 Minute Discovery Call

During this call, we can meet to discuss what is drawing you to consider a Couples Intensive and what your hopes are for the experience. I will answer any questions you have and determine if an intensive is a good fit for you. If it is, I will share about the next steps!
